JACL Pacific Citizen Holiday Issues Ads are Now Open for Purchase
Deadline: October 18, 2025
The Pacific Citizen is the National Publication of the JACL. Every December, they publish a special Holiday Issue which provides an opportunity for businesses to advertise, and reach an estimated 10,000 - 15,000
subscribers and readers. THIS YEAR THE ISSUE WILL BE IN FULL COLOR!!!
It's also a great way for individuals, families and groups to send holiday greetings to the Pacific Citizen audience. Placing advertisements or greetings is a fundraising opportunity for our Eden JACL chapter as our chapter receives a percentage of our sales proceeds, based on total column inches sold.
If you have a business or would like to send holiday greetings, please consider this advertising option. If you know of non-JACL members who would like to do similarly, feel free to share the details and pricing information.
We thank those who have participated in the past, and welcome new participants.
The ad rate remains unchanged at $25 per column inch. Each column in the Holiday Issue is 1.75 wide.
A full page is 6-columns across and 16-inches down. There are many ad sizes to choose from. For example, some sample sizes are listed below.
Sample sizes and costs:
1” x 1” $25
2” x 1” $50
3.5”x2” (business card size) $100
Larger sizes are also available.
Examples of advertisements/greetings (note graphic artwork can also be included):
1-column x 1” 2-columns x 1”
